All products have been assessed by a carefully curated panel of experts from across the free from food and food manufacturing world, from developers to those living with food hypersensitivities. Judging considers a range of attributes including appearance, texture, flavour, inclusivity and the need the entry is meeting, value for money and more. All of this is considered through a free from lens and within the context of scale of production, so it’s a complex process and like no other awards.
