Let us help you discover some little gems for your best ever Free From Christmas!
The Free From Christmas Awards recognise and celebrate festive free from food & drink products. Please note that criteria for entry states that products must be free from a minimum of 1 of the top 14 EU recognised allergens hence the free from credentials of our winners will vary.
Each listing includes on pack free from claims, which top 14 allergens the product contains, and any precautionary allergen labelling applied.
Information shown is supplied by the entrant: please double check the packaging, the brand's website, or if in doubt contact the manufacturer.
Product, Brand & Range Awards
These four awards are in addition to the category medals awarded. They are open to all entrants and made once all the food & drink categories have been judged and medals awarded.
Drinks are a big part of the festive celebrations that so many of us look forward too. With the drinks category open to such a diverse selection of products, we are thrilled to recognise drinks in the same way we do food, and are delighted to award the Christmas Drink Product of the Year to:

Asda Free From, Cheese Crackers, £1.85
They know what they are, and they do it very well. The cheese flavour is enough to be tasted but not enough to overpower. As a party food they're super versatile and will work with cheese, dips, and everything in between.

Tesco finest*, 8 Mini Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Tacos, £4.00
These offer a more interesting visual. The filling offers a nice texture and the sauce has a great kick with the perfect balance of chilli which worked well with the taco and fairly neutral filling. A bite size party snack with a very good crisp crumb that holds the contents well, making this an easy party eat.

Something different to the crumbed party food offer. It's the katsu sauce that is the real star here, and brings the product together.
Tesco, 12 Cod & Chorizo Bites, £3.00
A good crumb with a nicely varied texture. As cod bites they work really well. The bread coating is great as is the taste profile albeit slightly lacking on the chorizo flavour.

Sentia, Red, £29.50
The complex & lasting flavours will certainly get people talking!

There’s a lot going on with this one's rich flavours & strong mouth feel delivering a real warmth in the throat. Nice and exciting to see.
Aldi Zerosecco, Non-Alcoholic Prosecco, £2.99
Light and fresh, aligning more to an Asti than Prosecco.

Revibed Drinks, Passionfruit & Ginger All Natural Pre-mixed Superfood Infused Water, £1.99

Tesco finest*, Crackling Porchetta Pork Joint, £12.00
A showstopper of a roast. The crackling is excellent and what a surprise when the joint is carved to see beautiful swirls of generously herbed pork belly and shoulder. A great turkey alternative and lovely to see that no unnecessary allergens have been added.
Asda Extra Special, 10 Pigs in Blankets, £3.25
The bacon is well smoked and flavoursome. These have a richer taste than your average pigs in blankets.
Asda Extra Special, Brown Butter & Spiced Rum Stuffing Wreath with Bruleed Pigs in Blankets, £8.00

A clever idea and the addition of the stuffing enhanced the product, ideal for those wanting to recreate a traditional roast plate at Christmas.

Holland & Barrett, Christmas Pudding, £13.95
Lovely aroma, you can faintly make out the ale and ginger. This pudding has to be one of the plumpest, moistest fruit our judges had seen.
