Tesco Free From, 4 Hot Cross Buns
This is a delight and looks like it was delivered straight from the bakery.
Nice flavour and a light glaze. Soft texture with an open structure, very impressive. So so good to see no precautionary labelling.
Full flavour, good fruit content, you wouldn't know it's free from. Very fair price.

Asda Free From, 4 Hot Cross Buns
Great product. High dome shape to the bun which aligns well to the main category alternatives. Toasted it has a lovely light mouth feel. Brilliant - a top 14 free bun that has lots of lovely spice and is moist with a good texture. Nice and glossy on the top with a pretty cross design. Well done!!!

The Real Yorkshire Pudding Company, Sticky Toffee Pudding
Perfect for lovers of deep, dark sticky toffee pudding, this is intense! Authentic flavours, with lots of slightly crunchy toffee sauce.

Moo Free, Easter Egg Hunt Box
Love the box with handle and the details on the packaging. The design is engaging and the characters have personality. Individually wrapped eggs are super inclusive, provide additional safety and assurance to parents and the design is lovely. Great taste with a good balance of sweetness to cacao. Good bite with a nice flavour.

NOMO, Easter Hunt Pack
Design is great; perfect for gifting AND Easter egg hunts (love the handle). Exciting and playful with an assorted selection of flavour ideas - good value and allows parents to drip feed the products rather than eating everything all at once. The tastiest chocolate with the best texture and fun packaging. Extra points for wrapping so you can use mini chocolates in an Easter hunt.

Tesco finest Free From, Salted Caramel Mini Eggs
Wow. Love this flavour. A good bite of chunky dark chocolate and a rich salted caramel centre is moreish and indulgent. The pack looks sophisticated and oozes indulgent adult enjoyment. Finest have quite simply smashed it. Really good quality 14 allergens free chocolate.

Booja-Booja, Chocolate Salted Caramel Truffle Loglets
Best packaging entry this year, so vibrant! Very impressed with the product and the relative price point considering product and packaging quality. The chocolate salted caramel flavours richly deliver. Great 'may contain' call out for specific nuts.

NOMO, Coconut Egg and Bar
Absolutely blown away by this - always wonderful to see Nomo innovating with new products every year and this is possibly my favourite Nomo product so far! Brilliant that the egg itself is infused with coconut - the flavour is great, the chocolate is smooth, and the bar is a brilliant Bounty dupe. This would appeal as much to adults and children, packaging is fun and clear and the freefrom credentials are spot on.

NOMO, Ultimate Egg and Bunnies and Mini Bars
An epic egg that really is the 'ultimate' for any free from choc lover this Easter.

Asda OMV!, Cherry Bakewell Easter Egg
Unexpectedly brilliant - excellent product. I was expecting the cherry to taste very artificial, but it doesn’t and you can actually see the cherry pieces which adds to the experience. The flavour is exactly what you would expect it to be, and the chocolate is good too. Really impressed.

Co-op GRO, Salted Toffee Crunch Egg
Fantastic - loved this. Thin chocolate with a pleasing snap, lovely salted toffee flavour and toffee flavour pieces combine in an impressive fashion. No plastic in the packaging either, and really bold bright green packaging; very unusual!

Morrisons Free From, The Best Caramel Flavour Choc Egg & Truffles with Anglesey Sea Salt
The down played nature of the Morrison's branding makes this very giftable. The design feels exciting and mature and the product doesn't disappoint, delivering the flavours. The chocolate is smooth and I enjoyed it a lot!

Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Free From, Extra Thick Dark Choc Honeycomb & Biscuit Egg
Definitely extra thick! A weighty egg with generous honeycomb and biscuit inclusions - lovely dark chocolate and flavours reminiscent of Chocolate Olivers. A most impressive egg.

Sainsbury's Taste The Difference Free From, Dessert Inspired Egg Selection
Loved the concept, you get a bit of everything here with three smaller eggs. The dessert flavours worked very well, and certainly met expectations. Something rather different, an interesting collection.

Asda Exceptional Free From, Easter Egg Selection
Packaging is really lovely, the extra mile has been travelled to bring elegance and beauty to this collection with something to suit all palates. The Seville orange flavour is delicate, there is a good caramel hit on the white chocolate and the dark choc has a snap to it and a smoothness with a balanced coffee flavour.

Waitrose Free From, Gluten Free 4 Hot Cross Buns
Great toasted. Fruit packed and a lovely texture. Fantastic not to have may contains for nuts or peanuts. Not as spiced as expected but love the fruit (lots of it and it's juicy). Would be great for someone who doesn't like too much cinnamon, and a very fair price. What a Hot Cross Bun should look like.

Sainsburys Taste the Difference Free From, Gluten Free Extra Fruity Hot Cross Buns
Lovely golden looking bun. Cross is beautifully integrated. Appearance is full of fruit and has a great shape. Nice texture especially toasted. Would love to taste more spice. Price on the higher side.

M&S Made Without, Gluten Free 4 Hot Cross Buns
This product looks good. High level of plump and juicy fruit. Very plesant prange flavour coming from the soaked fruit and it's this flavour that dominates. Good texture and pleased to see no precautionary warnings!

Asda Free From, 4 Chocolate Orange Hot Cross Buns
Well done Asda! This opens a new front in the Hot Cross Bun world, will bring in new audiences. I’m not usually a fan on chocolate orange hot cross buns but these are really tasty! Flavoursome and light. The chocolate is about right - not too bitter or sweet and orange notes are clear. Lovely flavours and moist dough - toasts really well. And how wonderful that it’s 14 allergens free.

Tesco finest Free From, 4 Chocolate Orange Hot Cross Buns
Plentiful chocolate inclusions which were well distributed and melted beautifully when toasted. The orange flavour is very good and pairs well with the chocolate. Good open structure – lovely and soft. Will have good appeal with younger consumers.

Tesco Free From, 4 Easter Cupcakes
Very cute and refreshing to have an alternative to chocolate. Taste is great - you wouldn't know the sponge was free from, lovely and moist. Packaging showcases the product well.

Sainsbury's Free From, Simnel Cake Slices
Great to have access to this Easter classic in free from form. Lovely juicy fruit and the marzipan topping adds welcome additional texture and flavour. Not overly sweet and very moreish. Great to see the egg labelled very specifically as being in the cake rather than the marzipan.

Bubbling Stove, Easter Celebration Slab Brownie
What's not to like here. Excellent flavour, texture, appearance. Obviously made with love and judged with much enthusiasm. The packaging feels like a gift and an experience to open. Tastes beautifully chocolatey with great texture. Size is great for Easter celebrations.

The Real Yorkshire Pudding Company, Gluten Free Deep Filled Apple Crumble
Fantastic to have a family size free from crumble. The ratio of fruit to crumble is pleasing and the crumble has a good texture and the textural contrasts between the fruit & crumble make for a lovely eat.

M&S Made Without, Chickita The Chicken
Cute moulded chicken, and charming that she is seen on the front and the back of her box! Nice shiny chocolate and the biscuit gives a lovely crunch. The branding is very inclusive and part of the Easter celebration, a very good balance of fun & personality with trust & reassurance. An attractive plastic-free box.

Asda Free From, Charli the Chick or Patch the Bunny Choc Lollipop
The chocolate looks shiny and smooth and the moulding is very cute. A chunky bite, rewarded with a snap and a smooth, velvety chocolate erring towards less sweet. Affordable and great to be able to enjoy free from chocolate in this form. The basic packaging is likely part of keeping the price low.

NOMO, Mini Creamy Vanilla Bunnies
Cute packaging, especially the 'to & from' section. I like that it says everything it’s free from on the inside wrapper as well. These have a good texture and a nice flavour. Just right amount of chocolate and soft inside. Very inclusive! The size of the box slightly under sells the great value this product delivers: 5 bars, albeit mini, for £3. The centre adds to the creaminess of the choc.

Chocolates by Design - Experimental Selection, Experimental Range
These are stunning, and taste is faultless, with some really exotic and unusual flavours! The presentation is exceptionally good, gorgeous sheen and colours. The packaging feels very special and helps to justify the price point.

Asda Free From, White Choc Easter Egg With White Choc Buttons
The design is joyful and feels giftworthy for children. Love the added value of the button inclusions. The egg itself tastes fantastic - just like Milky Bar chocolate, one of the best dairy free white chocolates I've tried. I love the ripple design on the outside of the egg.

Asda OMV!, Choc Orange & Caramel Crisp Easter Egg
As elegant in the eat as it looks on the box: chocolate shell is thin but still manages to deliver the caramel crispiness. The chocolate is rich in orange as well - very nicely done product.

Asda Free From, Rocky Road Easter Egg
Marshmallow/biscuit combo really hits the spot. Chocolate is a really good bed for the inclusions! Very fun and clever replica egg. This is a really jolly Easter Egg with lots of discovery with the rocky road.

Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Free From, Extra Thick Rocky Road Egg
Really satisfying weighty egg, delivers on the 'extra think' promise, with lots of marshmallow and biscuits bits buried in the shell. The chocolate was good too. A decent overall product.

Tesco Free From, Caramel Crunch Choc Egg with Sea Salt
The egg is the same size as the BOX! Amazing, big and exciting. I really love this, the chocolate is delicious - I love the hint of sea salt which is discreetly present and the honeycomb and biscuit. This feels special and grown up. When it came out the box, it looked as good as on the packaging. A crowd pleaser.

Asda Free From, Caramel & Honeycomb Easter Egg
Good product size, and flavour and generosity of the inclusions was great - surpassed exceptions: the honeycomb was really thick and added so much to the egg, so I thought this was an excellent addition. The chocolate was smooth and there was a salty element too which was great. Overall design was joyful.

Sainsbury's Free From, Honeycomb Milk Choc Egg
Lovely chunky chocolate with biscuity pieces to add texture - not honeycomb though! This was a big hit with the kids who both gave it 10/10 for the taste and texture.

Asda Free From, 4 Apple and Cinnamon Hot Cross Buns
Big plus points for being top 14 free. Texture is good and it toasts well, so overall a good score for this one. I like the effort to make it taste a little more interesting, as these products (when vegan) can be awfully bland.

Sainsburys Taste the Difference Free From, Gluten Free Apple & Cinnamon Hot Cross Buns
Texture is good, its body could handle more apple, plus extra cinnamon but overall flavour profile is pleasing.

Sue's Gluten Free Kitchen, Vegan Chocolate Easter Cake
Fantastic luxury-looking cake. Beautifully presented. Lovely sponge, similar to a brownie - moist and rich. Deep dark chocolate, homemade looking. Great to find a gluten free and egg free cake.

Tesco Free From, Mini Choc Spring Eggs
Appearance on pack is lovely with a sheen and beautiful gloss - and inside the eggs have sweet little Easter images. Nice chocolate taste and bite, and top 14 free - a very inclusive product. A good size for parents to give children.

Asda Free From, Choc Patch The Bunny
Simple yet joyful design. The packaging is nice and bright and Patch looks lovely and jolly. Nice size, not too overwhelming. The aroma and flavour was as expected and Patch is milk, gluten & egg free. Plastic-free packaging is great.

M&S Made Without Dairy, Lucy the Lamb
A smaller Easter treat for smaller children, in a pretty plastic-free box. Lucy the Lamb will definitely charm the younger children.

Sainsbury's Free From, White & Choc Mini Half Eggs
Cute packaging and a shine to the moulded half eggs - really nice idea to have both white and 'milk' choc too, mixes things up a little. Plus only contains soya.

Tesco Free From, Mini White Choc Spring Eggs
This taps well into an impulse occasion. I like the fact there are 3 different embossed designs on the top, and each egg is a decent size. Tastes really nice for milk free white choc, with a good after taste. Good amount of product for the price. Good for a little Easter treat to myself!

Tesco Free From, Cluckie the Chick (Strawberry Flavour White Choc)
The packaging suggests a mini Cluckie the Chick but the product is pleasingly big. The moulding itself is cute and the strawberry flavour comes as a nice surprise.

Tesco Free From, Choc Egg with Choc Buttons
Good value with the little bag of buttons - and the design could be a gift for children. The flavour is excellent for a milk free product. Good texture, and I like the rippled detail on the egg. Clear free from messaging in a form I trust.

Asda Free From, Choc Easter Egg With Choc Buttons
The product matches the photo on the box which is a good start! Smooth, easy to eat, not over sweet and enjoyable. I could eat a whole egg! High marks for the flavour and texture - really good free from chocolate that doesn’t taste free from or artificial, a really good dupe for a real chocolate. Good thick egg with nice moulding.

Moo Free, Moofreesas Choccy Egg and a bag of Moofreesas
Love Moo Free for its product, packaging and free from credentials. Packaging has real stand out appeal and is so engaging with lovely vibrant colours. Love that you get an egg and a bag of Moofreesas.

Catherine's Originals, Eggstravaganza
The packaging is fantastic, very eye-catching and the concept is simple and perfectly delivered. This chocolate is absolutely delicious and I love the fact that there are chocolates inside the egg, very unusual these days, a really nostalgic experience.

Tesco Free From, Raspberry Crisp Choc Egg
When they hit the taste buds the raspberry crisps are lovely! Something different to bring to the Easter basket. Pretty good chocolate, thin shell in some places, and lusciously thick in others.

Co-op Free From, 4 Hot Cross Buns
A decent bun that toasts well with an appealing aroma. An ok flavour, with prominent spices, and great to see no 'may contains'. The price is not unreasonable.
